Is your playgroup PANDA aware?
In this free online training community and supported playgroup leaders can learn how to support parents and carers to access PANDA's National Perinatal Mental Health Helpline.
This training is now available on the PANDA Learning Hub as an interactive workshop that you can complete in your own time, at your own speed. Registered participants will also gain access to a range of further PANDA resources and workshops.
Reflection sessions: Is your playgroup PANDA aware?
PANDA's Supported Playgroups Training Coordinator, Mary Edmonds will run live (real-time) monthly reflection sessions via the Learning Hub where you will be able to join fellow participants to discuss the content of the course. The upcoming dates for these reflection sessions are:

Join the Group Facilitators Network
Join a network for group facilitators from across Australia involved in broad range of groups for new parents experiencing or at risk of perinatal anxiety and depression.
The objectives of the network are:
- To promote partnerships between peer workers and health professionals and raise awareness about the value of the consumer perspective in the development and implementation of groups
- To provide a forum for facilitators to support each other and share best practice
- To use the collective experience of the network to encourage the sustainability of existing groups and promote the establishment of new groups
- To link members to professional development opportunities
Once your register as a member of PANDA’s Group Facilitators you will receive invitations to upcoming network meetings and zoom link.
