Mental health checklist for Partners and Carers
This checklist asks you questions based on possible symptoms of antenatal anxiety and/or depression. Experiencing these symptoms does not make your partner or loved one a bad parent, but could indicate that they need some support with their mental wellbeing. This checklist is not a diagnosis, only a health professional can provide this.
Completing the checklist will help you to better understand what your partner or loved one may be experiencing, and can help you find them the right support if needed.
Complete this checklist to see if changes you’ve noticed in your partner or loved one could be a reason to seek help. The checklist will ask you about changes you have noticed in three different areas: body and behaviour, thoughts and feelings and relationships.
