What to expect from this Checklist:

This Checklist will ask you about changes you have noticed since becoming pregnant: in your body and behaviour; in your thoughts and feelings; and in your relationships.

As you go through the Checklist, remember that these questions are about possible symptoms of antenatal anxiety and/or depression. None of them make you a bad parent. They simply indicate that you may be experiencing a common, treatable illness. And we know that the earlier you get help, the more likely you are to recover quickly.

This Checklist will not give you a diagnosis. Only a health professional can provide this. But completing the checklist will help you to better understand what you are experiencing, and assist you to get help if needed.

PANDA collects only anonymous data from this Checklist that cannot be connected to you. After completing the Checklist, you have the option of securely sending your responses and contacts to our Helpline team, and requesting a call back.
