Peer Support Volunteers are highly valued members of PANDA’s National Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Helpline team. They work alongside professional counselling staff to provide peer support, information, and referral services to callers who are experiencing mild to moderate perinatal anxiety and depression, or significant challenges in the transition to parenthood. PSVs talk to expectant parents, new parents, concerned family members and friends.
