Postnatal Depression and Breastfeeding Booklet

PANDA co-authored the booklet "Postnatal Depression and Breastfeeding"   with the Australian Breastfeeding Association.  The booklet examines the challenges that postnatal depression can create for women who are breastfeeding and how to seek support for ongoing feeding or weaning.

Pamphlets

PANDA's pamphlet is widely distributed throughout Australia as an important way of letting families know of PANDA's services.  The pamphlet can be handed out at antenatal classes, in baby bags or at maternal and child health centres.  Families often hang on to the pamphlet 'just in case' they need to know where to get support and information.

PANDA's Guide to Postnatal Depression Support Groups is a unique resource that assists in structuring the setup, monitoring and further development of a range of different support groups for women and their families.  There can be a range of activities that take place in the group depending on the purpose of the group, the resources available and the skills of the facilitators.
