Hundreds celebrate wellbeing and PANDA at Night Off-Night Out 2012

Oh what a night! PANDA’s 9th annual Night Off-Night Out (NONO) was a great success attracting around 250 mums and friends, and raising over $8000 for PANDA. Guests were entertained by former Carlton player and popular MC Glenn Manton at the event held in Melbourne on 16 November, to coincide with Postnatal Depression Awareness Week. Well known Mix 101 radio presenter and DJ Stick Mareebo kept the dance floor full all night and gave a hilarious lesson on ‘Gangham Style’ dance moves.
Once again Priceline was the major sponsor for NONO and provided fabulous goody-bags for each guest to take home as well as the popular Priceline Princesses who pampered guests with mini makeovers and manicures. PANDA CEO Belinda Horton presented Priceline’s Michelle Myers with a special glass trophy in recognition of the organisation’s outstanding support throughout the year.
This year NONO attracted many new guests, volunteers and supporters to the night. PANDA is extremely grateful to the many businesses that generously donated items for the raffle and silent auction to help raise vital funds for PANDA; and to the volunteers who gave their time. NONO is PANDA’s biggest fundraiser of the year and also celebrates the importance of mums having a night off to themselves, away from babies and kids to help maintain their wellbeing.
