Volunteers are at the heart of PANDA’s work

PANDA was founded in the early 1980s by a small group of volunteers, offering support to others affected by perinatal anxiety and depression. More than 30 years on, PANDA has a large integrated workforce of professional staff and skilled volunteers, working together to raise awareness and deliver a range of perinatal services.

There are three different volunteer roles to choose from:

Community Champions
(National) Awareness raising

Telephone Support Workers
(VIC ONLY) Working on PANDA's National Helpline

Community Education & Training Volunteers
(VIC ONLY) Public speaking, sharing your recovery story
